The 2006 Gerrard British Grand Prix Squash Championships, to be held at
the National Squash Centre in Manchester, England from the 8th to the 11th
September 2006 have announced The Village Hotel Hyde as their

The 2006 Gerrard British Grand Prix will feature two pools of four
players, leading to finals which will produce a 1-8 finish, and boasts a
star-studded player line-up of David Palmer, Lee Beachill and Thierry
Lincou, all of whom have attained the World No.1 ranking in the past three
years, alongside Egypt’s charismatic World Champion Amr Shabana, British
Open Champion Anthony Ricketts, England No.1 James Willstrop, former World
Junior Champion Karim Darwish and British Champion Nick Matthew.
